Cover Crop

During the winter months, our native grasses and broadleaves are left to go to seed. Residual covers include Fescue, Crimson Clover, Mustard, Annual Rye Grass and Blando Brome. We mow two times a year after the bloom and we aerate once a year. The avenues around the vines are in native plant material and are kept mowed.
